Sangiovese is an Italian grape variety that is often used as the main ingredient of great Chiantis. We are very proud to present this delightful lighter style red wine for your enjoyment. Enjoy it the traditional way with pasta or drink it slightly chilled with cheeses on warm summer evenings.

The 2007 Sangiovese displays beautiful berry characteristics. Enjoy now with pastas, cheeses and meat dishes or cellar carefully for 2-3 years when the wine will develop a softer palate.

Available soon! The bunches of grapes on the vines at the western end of our Sangiovese plot were personally and lovingly hand thinned in January to allow the remaining grapes greater freedom to ripen in the summer sun. The result was lower yields of high baume grapes in the late February harvest. Our limited edition Reserve Sangiovese is rich in both colour and flavour. This great vintage is still in oak barrels being aged further for your enjoyment.

Our 2006 Shiraz has been aged in oak barrels for your enjoyment. Good drinking now and can cellared and allowed to developed for a further seven years.
